Raise The Stakes: Finding Group Voice For Young Visionaries

Who gives you hope? Who inspires you through making a positive impact in this world? How can you yourself take the first steps in creating performance art that makes a difference in your world? Through different theatre exercises based in techniques from Theatre of the Oppressed, Stanislavsky, Michael Chekov, Long form Improv and more, you will learn how to discover your individual voice and the communal voice of the ensemble to transform the world around and make a big difference.

Presented by...

     Jacob Pincus is an actor, director, teaching artist, and professional makeup artist. He has performed professionally throughout New York. As a teaching artist Jacob has shared his talents with students throughout Long Island, Brooklyn, and Queens. He has produced and directed multiple theatre projects throughout New York as well. Jacob received his BFA in Musical Theatre from Pace University. His unique methods of ensemble work and use of theatre to find the artist's voice focuses on empathy and making the world a kinder place.
