Moving Together: Moving with Impact

This interactive, movement-based workshop will explore exchanging energy, giving and receiving intentions and actions, and listening with our whole selves to one another and to our surroundings. Together, we’ll learn how to create movements that are impactful and resonate both personally and with audiences.

We will also explore how these activities can inform our lives and relationships to each other, deepen our connection to the world around us, and help us create powerful performances.  You’ll leave feeling more connected and equipped with strategies to bring your own ideas forward. No dance experience is required; the workshop welcomes participants of all backgrounds.
