Writing for the Stage or Screen With a Social Voice

Aspiring playwrights, screenwriters, and composer/lyricists will explore the process of creating an original work that will Stage a Change. 
Topics will include: 
• Finding a story to tell 
• Clearing source material 
• Structuring your story 
• Assembling a creative team

Jim Hoare, Executive VP, TRW. This is Jim’s 43rd year in Educational Theatre. He has presented workshops throughout the USA and UK, and in 2011 he received the New York State Theatre Education Association’s Lifetime Achievement Award. Jim is the author of Your High School Improv Show Playbook, (Theatrefolk, 2019).
